From 14:00 to 24:00 (or to be arrange directly with the host)

Before 11:00. On request it is possible to extend the check-out until 14:00 with an extra 10 € per person.

The conditions for the cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the room type. To guarantee the reservation we require a 30% deposit of the total stay. In the case of overnight stay for one night, we require payment upon booking. In case of cancellation (by email before 10 am) three days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded, otherwise it will be lost.

Small pets are allowed upon request. May incur an additional charge.

Children are welcome. Accommodation for children under 4 years old is free of charge if they’re sleeping in parents' bed, an additional charge of EUR 10 per day may incur if it is needed a cot/crib. For older children or adult there is an extra charge of EUR 20 per person per night (extra bed). Maximum 1 extra beds for this room. The extras are not included in the total and must be paid for separately during your stay.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30. In-room breakfast service (on request). Upon request there is the possibility to use the kitchen. If you are staying more than one week, you can have a room with kitchen (to be agreed with the B & B owners). Bike rental and use of the barbecue (may incur an additional charge). Freedom to come back anytime at the B&B at night. Private car park inside the fence. Private spaces non-smoking.
